| Mohite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, to consider and to take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further in terms of Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
