Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, to consider and take on record the following matters:<BR><BR>- To recommend final dividend for the financial year 2015-16 subject to the approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record amongst other items of agenda, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this regard as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders will remain closed from May 04, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both inclusive).
