| Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:<br/><br/>- To consider, approve and take on record the Quarterly Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees / Promoters of the Company from October 22, 2014 to October 31, 2014, (both days inclusive). | |
