| Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on July 25, 2014, inter-alia, considered the following:<br/><br/>- Allotted 39800 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 26/- per Equity Share [comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 16/-] to the optionees pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the Employees under the Mold-Tek Packaging Employees Stock Option Scheme. | |
