Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2014, inter alia, has considered the following :<br/><br/>- Allotted 10900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 28/- per Equity Share [comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 18/-] to the optionees pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the <br/>Mold-Tek Technologies Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009.
