Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 22, 2014.<br/> <br/>The final dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the shareholders on or after August 22, 2014.
