Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter June 30, 2014, from August 02, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members.
