Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015, from July 31, 2015 to August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
