Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, have taken up the following matters :<BR><BR>1. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Circular dated May 11, 2015 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India in that regard, the Board at its meeting held on May 15, 2015 have approved and adopted the following Codes to be effective from May 15, 2015:<BR><BR>(i) "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Regulations (copy enclosed); and<BR><BR>(ii) "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Regulations.
