| Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 10, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016, from May 03, 2016 to May 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. | |
