Morganite Crucible India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, started at 03,00 pm and completed on 04.10 pm, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. recommended dividend of Rs. 4/- per share subject to approval of members in ensuing annual general meeting.<BR><BR>2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be scheduled on August 10, 2016 at 11.00 am at the registered office of the Company.
