Moser Baer India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, has transacted the following: <BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has decided to close the current financial year on March 31, 2016 (for a period of 15 months) to align Financial Year as per Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors has nominated existing Chief Financial Officer Mr. Yogesh Bahadur Mathur as Chief Financial Officer under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
