Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that Maj. Gen. Amarjit Singh (Retd.), Independent Director has resigned from the Board, of Directors of the Company. Maj. Gen. Amarjit Singh (Retd.) has been on the Board of the Company since May, 2003.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 28, 2015 has accepted his resignation and placed on record their appreciation of the valuable services rendered by Maj. Gen. Amarjit Singh (Retd.) during his long tenure as a Director on the Board of the Company.
