In supersession to the earlier communication, trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from 12.05.2017 to 21.05.2017 (both days inclusive) for all the specified person defined in the Code inter- alia on account of forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company, in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
