Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2016 which commenced at 12.45 p.m. and concluded at 2.45 p.m., considered and approved the following matters:-<BR><BR>- Raising funds through issue and listing of Non Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis, within the overall limits of Rs. 1000 crores, subject to the approval of the members.
