Krishnakumar as an additional Non Executive Non Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The resignation of Mr. Harish Bhat as the Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>He has also ceased to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
