With reference to the earlier letter dated November 26, 2014, informing that the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015.<BR><BR>MRF Ltd has now informed BSE that in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed January 09, 2015, as the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to the Members in respect of resolutions to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on February 12, 2015.
