Draft Board of Directors' Report under Section 134 of Companies Act, 2013 for the Financial Year 2014-15 along with Secretarial Auditors' Report issued by M/s. S. Sarweswara Reddy & Associate, the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. Alteration of object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Alteration of Articles of Association of Company as per the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>4. Notice for postal ballot for amendment of Main objects.<BR><BR>5. Appointment of S. S REDDY & ASSOCIATES as scrutinizer for postal ballot and e-voting.
