MSR India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, has recommended a final dividend @ 2% i.e., Rs. 0.10/- ps per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the final Dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
