MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company closed for all the designated Employees and Directors of the Company from October 15, 2014 till 24 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the designed Employees and Directors of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Companys securities during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
