MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of 6% [i.e. Re. 0.60 (excluding dividend distribution tax) per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10] for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>The Interim Dividend shall be paid on December 02, 2014.
