With reference to the earlier letter dated September 29, 2015, regarding as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Corporate Disclosure Practices laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015 till the date of Board Meeting i.e. November 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) held inter alia for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Mukand Engineers Ltd has now informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be reopened w.e.f. November 09, 2015.
