With reference to the earlier latter dated March 29, 2016, regarding "Closure of Trading Window", Mukand Ltd has now informed BSE that that as per the 'Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading By Insiders' laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2016 till the date of Board Meeting i.e. May 23, 2016 (both days inclusive) held for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will re-open w.e.f. May 26, 2016.
