Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Corporate Disclosure Practices laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992; the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2015; and it will reopen after 24 hours of the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
