With reference to the earlier letter dated May 29, 2015, Mukand Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the amendment to Section 123 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide notification dated May 29, 2015, the Company vide circular resolution of the directors passed on July 09, 2015, has withdrawn the recommendation for declaration of dividend on 0.01% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company made at the Board Meeting held on May 29, 2015. Accordingly, the Notice of 77th Annual General meeting of the Company, approved at the said Board Meeting has been amended by excluding the item of ordinary business relating to declaration of dividend on 0.01% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company has submitted a copy of the above referred circular resolution.
