Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that as per the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending September 30, 2015; and it will reopen after 24 hours of the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
