Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mukand Limited (the 'Company') has acquired / invested in 10,000 equity shares (equivalent to 100% holding) of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up in: (i) Whiteleaf Multiventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Bajaj Bhawan, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021; and (ii) Avista Diam & Gold Private Limited. Accordingly, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Bajaj Bhawan, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021. Please note that the aforesaid companies have become the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company. Details of aforesaid acquisition are enclosed hereto as Annexure A & B.
