Mukat Pipes Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Kamal Jain, Mr. Amrik Singh Grewal and Mr. Rajkumar Bali have been appointed as the Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. October 01, 2014 in terms of Provisions of Sections 149, 150, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.
