The meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on September 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.<BR> <BR> In compliance with Code of Conduct framed by the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 1, 2017 to Wednesday, September 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives and such other persons to whom the Code is applicable.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.
