| Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2013 has approved the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from "MCS Limited" to "MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited" having its registered office at 12/1/5, Manoharpukur Road, Kolkata- 700 026, which will be effective upon completion of required formalities. The existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MCS Limited, Vadodara will continue to provide the share registry services to the shareholders of the Company till the change takes effect. | |
