| This has reference to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All the insiders are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above code; the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 12th, 2017 to May 21st, 2017 (both days inclusive). This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 19th, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the year ended March 31st, 2017 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17. Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors/officers/designated employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. | |
