We would like to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from 09th May, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
