Muthoot Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, have convened their meeting on July 08, 2014 pursuant to the special resolution passed by the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2013 and approved the list of employees and the number of options granted to each employee as per the list placed before the committee.<br/><br/>The committee granted 6100 options @ Rs.10/- per option and 836900 options @ Rs.50/- per option to the permanent employees of the Company.
