This to inform you pursuant to Regulation 30(1) of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26 2017 to September 29, 2017 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on September 29,2017 at 12.00 Noon at Registered Office of the company.<BR> <BR> E- Voting period begins on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 09.00 a.m. and ends on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 5.00 p.m. During this period shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. September 22 , 2017, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting after 5.00 p.m. on September 29, 2017<BR>
