NG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2015, inter alia, have:<BR><BR>1. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Thakur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with immediate effect, from this date in place of Mr. Rajesh Goenka who will hereinafter continue as a Whole Time Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Pritam Paul as Whole Time Company Secretary as well as compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect, from this date Mr. Rajesh Goenka hereinafter will cease to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from this date.
