With reference to earlier announcement letter dated October 31, 2014 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Nagarjuna Oil Refinery Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company will be considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014 at their meeting scheduled to be held on November 10, 2014 instead of November 13, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly the trading window will now be closed from October 31, 2014 to November 11, 2014.
