Nagarjuna Oil Refinery Ltd has informed BSE that based on the Commendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors have appointed Ms. Lailtha Raghuram as Independent Director of the Company to hold office up to the conclusion of 10th Annual General Meeting, not liable to retire by rotation.<BR><BR>The appointment of Ms. Lalitha Raghram, shall be effective from the date of compliance of Section 152(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 by her.
