We had informed vide our letter dated December 29, 2016 that the Members of the Company have approved by Postal Ballot sale of all the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the Company in Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited (NOCL) to Allied Machineries and Resources Holdings Inc. (AMR) and/or their associates or their nominees belonging to the AMR Group.<BR> <BR> We have to inform that there has been no progress in relation to the matter in view of AMR not meeting its commitments.<BR> <BR> We have to further inform that there are also certain investors who have evinced interest in the Project.<BR> <BR> We request you to take the above information on record.<BR>
