| Nahar Polyfilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2014 to September 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<br/><br/>Further Company has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement as well as Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is offering e- voting facility to all the shareholders of the Company and fixed September 13, 2014 as the cut off date for the same. The e-voting period shall commence on September 24, 2014 (9.00 a.m. onwards) and ends on September 26, 2014 (6.00 p.m.). During this period, members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, as on cutoff date, may cast their vote electronically. | |
