| Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at N.C. Jindal Public School, Road No. 73, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110 026.<br/><br/>The Company is providing e-voting facility as an alternate for shareholders of the Company to enable them to cast their vote electronically. Members holding shares either in physical or demat mode as on the cut-off date, i.e. August 22, 2014 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual Genera! Meeting. The voting period will commence from September 18, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. and will end on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL thereafter. | |
