Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November <BR>14, 2015, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Raghav Sharma as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from November 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. Raghav Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.<BR><BR>Mr. Raghav Sharma, Company Secretary has also been designated as Compliance Officer of the Company in pursuance of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement.
