Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly and year-to-date standalone financial results for the 3rd quarter / period ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Companys approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from February 05, 2016 till February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
