| Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited quarterly and year-to-date standalone and consolidated financial results for the 4th quarter / period ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per provisions of Companys approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from May 19, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
