Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter / period ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Company's approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from February 06, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
