Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on<BR>February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following matters: -<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To place before the Board the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. To approve the related party transactions, if any.<BR><BR>4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair, in accordance with SS-1 particularly relating to Listing of shares after Reduction of capital, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, the Trading Windows of the shares of the Company for the Insiders and/or Connected Persons will remain closed from February 08, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive).
