Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:<br/><br/>1. The Board noted the declarations given by Directors of the company in Form- DIR -8, Pursuant to Section 164(2) and rule 14(1) of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Directors of the company also gave declaration in Form MBP - 1, towards their interest in other Companies, Pursuant to section 184 (1) and rule 9(1). The Board noted the same.
