Narendra Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall be closed from February 01, 2017 till February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) to the Directors, Senior Management and designated employees of the Company in terms of requirements of the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations in connection with the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
