Narendra Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :<BR><BR>1. Mr. Narendra C Maher has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further period of five years from August 16, 2015 to August 15, 2020 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing 20th AGM.<BR><BR>2. The Board approved the evaluation criteria to be followed for evaluation of the Independent Directors, Non-Independent Directors and Chairman.<BR><BR>3. The Board reviewed the Secretarial Standards which has come into force from July 01, 2015 and authorized the Managing Director to implement the same.
