Narmada Gelatines Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ("the code"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders (Directors / Employees) covered under the said code of the company from February 03, 2017 to February 09, 2017, due to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on February 07, 2017 inter alia to approve Un-audited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016.
