National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) vide their letter dated July 03, 2015 have appointed M/s. Guha Nandi & Co., Commerce House, 5th Floor, Room 8D and E, 2A, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 700 013 and M/s. A B P & Associates, 11 A, Bapuji Nagar, 2nd Floor, Godabari Tower, Bhubaneswar - 751 009 as joint auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16 u/s. 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
